I had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and spoke good English, which made check-in a breeze. The hotel is in a lively area, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, they have a shuttle to the mosque, but I also used Uber, which was quick and affordable. My room was huge, comfortable, and impeccably clean.

The only downside is that, due to some road closures nearby, the distance to the mosque was a bit further than advertised. daily room cleaning could be improved; I'd have to request it if I wanted my room tidied up. it was a solid experience!

The stay here was nice, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was tidy with exceptionally nice location just off the malls and food shops and clothes shops and restaurants. Really helpful staff, helped me a lot.

everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were a bit slow. marvellous and good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. the airport was 20 km away.

I loved the comfy Standard Double Room, but the hotel is further from Masjid Alnabawi now.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double Room. The staff were super cooperative and returned my lost item quickly. The location had plenty of restaurants and shops. They offer a shuttle service to the mosque.

During my recent pilgrimage stay for five days, I found the accommodations very satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I loved the spacious and clean rooms that featured smart TVs and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was vibrant, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, plus a convenient shuttle service to the mosque made commuting easy. I appreciated their prompt assistance when I accidentally left something behind.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

The location was great there, near to several eateries. Plus, it was just next door to by and Shopping Malls, food shops and clothes shops and different restaurants. My room was cosy, had hypoallergenic pillows. A flat-screen television, a seating area, and ironing facilities available were an advantage;))

The Standard Double Room was comfortable and provided ample space for a family stay. The hotel has recently renovated some of its facilities, offering a fresh feel that's hard to ignore.

Be cautious about the location. To top it off, room cleanup was inconsistent. Daily service requires a push from the guests. If you're looking for regular cleaning without reminders, you might be disappointed here.

This hotel offers a clean, classy environment with responsive staff and a lovely atmosphere. The shuttle service to Haram runs regularly. The nearby shops and restaurants add convenience!

The Standard Double Room was spacious and clean-definitely comfy for my family. The Smart TV with WiFi was a nice touch. The hotel super nice team and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance. Room cleaning wasn't very consistent. Sometimes, we had to ask for it. It's a bit farther from the mosque than I expected, which might be a consideration for some.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Royal William Yard. the staff were friendly and did a wonderful job.

The location is fantastic and hard to beat-it's close to lots of eateries and restaurants. Plus, it's just a short walk to Karst Gallery. 🍽️.

Spacious rooms with everything you need, like a big TV with lots of channels, a microwave, and a fridge. The bed is super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! 😊
